You may install and use one copy of the Naxtor cart
on one computer/website. You may not reproduce and/or
distribute any copies of the software without the
written consent of the author. Subject to the terms
and conditions of this Agreement, the Software is
licensed, not sold.
2. Copyright
The Software is owned Naxtor Technologies and is
protected by New South Wales (NSW)n copyright laws and international
treaty provisions. The software is sold as per user
license or licenses. Therefore you may not make this
Software or copies thereof available in any manner
or form or use, copy or transfer the Software, as
a whole or in parts, except as provided herein. The
laws of the State of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, shall govern
these terms and conditions and use of the Website
and the user submits to the jurisdiction of the state
of New South Wales (NSW) with respect to any dispute relating

3. Restrictions
Naxtor Technologies reserves exclusive ownership
rights under the copyright laws of Australia or any

foreign laws. Licensee agrees that it has limited

in any manner. Licensee shall not, nor permit any
third party to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble

4. Limited Labiality
Naxtor Technologies, warrant that the cart software
will substantially operate for one year when installed
on your website. This Soft is provided "as is" and
these warranties do not guarantee that the software
will perform error-free or uninterrupted. Any damage
caused whatsoever is limited to not more than 80%
of the amount of money paid to Naxtor Technologies.
You will be refunded with this sum within 10 days
from the software purchase.
5. Term
The license is effective until terminated. You can
terminate it followed by deleting the software together
with all copies, modifications and merged portions
in any form. You agree to immediately return this
Software, accompanying items, and any copies thereof
to Naxtor Technologies.
